How can a medical professional person inject any intravenous injection into dog's body?

If you're asking how it's done it's usually done in the vein ontop of a dog's leg about an inch above the foot.  You roll the vein off behind the joint and press down.  Then you'll see the vein pop up.  Slide the needle under the skin at the vein and pull the end of the syringe back to make sure you've hit vein.  There should be blood in the syringe now and then you inject it, and let up off the vein you were holding off.  If you're asking how a person can do it, I dunno.  I did it for a while, some things just need to be done!
