My 19 week old yorkie just died of aspiration pneumenia. Is this common in Yorkies. Please let me know. thank you

my 10 month old yorkie died and i dont know what to do i really miss her its so hard shes not following me around i buried her in the back yard and put a stone on top and i find myself outside talking to her and really missing her she had stomach ulsers poor baby how do you not cry or do you i dont know how to deal with this any help
