I have a 1989 Chrysler New Yorker, I have changed the fuel pump and filter, but the pump is still not pumping, could you please help me located the Fuel pump relay?

HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL!!!  You can get them at most parts stores.

this relay is located under the hood, just above the front driver side wheel, my is metal screwed to the fender, good luck, i'mreplacing my fuel pump too

In your fusebox you'll find a 12v fuse that could be popped.

on the drivers side you will see three relayes the middle one is the fuel pump relay and the coil relay so replace it and get that chrysler newyorker running and go beat down a datsun 210

If you have checked your fuses then get a voltmeter and see if 12 volts DC is on the fuel pump connector wires with the ignition key on and the car not running. That will tell you power is getting to the fuel pump or not.
According to the Haynes book I have the auto shutdown relay supplies power to the fuel pump, fuel injectors, ignition coil, and the heated oxygen sensor. It is located on the inside driver's side panel next to the battery and right above the SMEC (computer). The book shows it as the relay 'in-between' the other relays.
