Is it true that any student that does not have a green card will not be allow to register to any school?

no, my friend of mine does not has a green card but she still going to school

No, i go to school, but i don't have a green card. I pay with my own money.

impossible! The tuition just come out of my pocket, wich is not easy to do. but I have to do what I have to do.
