Why the neutral line is grounded at the main supply in a star distribution ? Isn't it would be better if the neutral is not grounded and in this case there will be no need to ground the home equipments like an air cooler and in this case when there is a fault in the air cooler and a human touch it he will not be shocked . Can you please answer me with deep details and simple circuit diagrams and thank you very much .
