it takes me two hours to get to hot mail what is going on ?the last two weeks this has happened

I have always had roadrunner and for some reason it is lost and know I have this and do not know how to use it.  I need to know how to receive and send e-mails.

try to communacate with the companie of the e-mail.in comments or sending a e-mail from somebody else e-mail.
