In July I will be filing my N-400, I have a daughter in colombia who is married that I want to petition, My question is ¿When my N-400 is in process can I file my daughter´s I-130 for faster processing and how long will her process and approved time take if she already has her Alien and Social Security number and lived for 15 years in the state?
Right now she´s in Colombia because she had a deportation hearing, but she left voluntarily and she has her I-212 approved since August of 2001. What can I do so she won´t have to wait 7 years.
