How do I take out my nipple pirecing.

When I took mine out, I used a pair of pliers to bend open the ring. That allowed the ball to fall out. I then slid the ring out through the nipple. I used some clean oil to help the ring slide. Also, be sure that the pliers don't scratch the ring as you bend the ring open. Needle-nosed vice grip pliers worked fine for this job.

pliers are likely to twist the metal. simply grip either side of the ring with index fingers and thumbs, pull each side out from the mid-line (not that it will have much give) and apply pressure to the top of the ball. it will pop out. simple. If this proves difficult hold the ball with index and thumb using the same fingers of the other hand press down firmly on the ring as it meets the ball.
