I have a boyfriend that lives in Old Town,Maine. I am wanting to move there, me and my daughter, we are wanting to move in with my boyfriend. I currently live in Canada. My main question is : Can I move to the US without my daughter's father being able to stop us from moving to the USA?

April, how are you?, Devon here, I think you rember me :P, anyways answear to your question, yes he can stop you from taking her over there, but he would have to seek out a lawyer in order to do that, also you must notify him that you are doing this, or you could be charged with parental kidnap, drop me an e-mail at nosty10s@yahoo.com, would like to catch up on old new and see how things are going, talk to you later April and take care of your self girl

is it okay to have your boyfriend sleep in same house with you and your sybilings providing that i am the one paying the bills
