almost all viruses spread by e-mail. i now and have some programs that can spread a program or virus or anything to all e-mail's around the world for 2 hours.
but it won't infect ya anless ya open it. so do not open anything if you are not sure what is it.          if ya have any questions or information about hacking or making viruses add me on msn  cool__kidd@hotmail.com

They can spread from downloads, email attachments, floppy disks, CD--ROM & other media....

yes it does spread by emails and file downloads i should no!
