All you need to do is buy a computer mount for your lefty shock.

or you can try to set it on the back wheel, but you will need a longer wire.

I have installed a cheap $20 odometer and have run it for almost 1000 miles with out it falling apart.

Ran the wire from the handlebar mount to the bottom of the fork along side the hydraulic brake hose. Tape it to the hose in a few locations, but not through the hose guides.  there is not enough room.  Could try using electrical cable helix type wrap.

At the bottom/front of the fork the pick-up sensor is mounted with plastic wire ties.  Get it real close to the brake rotor.

The "trick" to this set up is the magnet.  Go to Radio Shack and purchase a miniature magnet.  The smallest they have.  Glue the magnet to the brake rotor with super glue (polyisocyranurate).

The bottom end is bulletproof.  Routing the cable is an art.

I have attached a bike computer to my F800 with a lefty. i attached it to one of the tines of the disk. with a small zip tie. It has to be a small enough magnet to work but for me it worked for a long time. It came off recently after 2-3  years of use.

Sure. You can set it up on your front tire with some good glue. No problems

you only need one side of the fork for a bike speedo/trip computer so it wouldn't matter. you could just buy a wireless one. i'vegot a wireless one on my Avanti Atomic 07 model. it is great. it is a Topeak Comp 150.
