i have a five year old english pit with lumps and they say cancerous tumors under the throat is there a way to save my animal my pet

Your dog can be treated by removing the tumors and going through chemo. But it depends on how much the cancer has spread. I suggest you ask your vet for more advice.I have a 8 year old pit bull myself that has just gone through amputation in his front left leg because of bone cancer. So i understand how alarming it can be when you find out that your dog has cancer.
