i have a 14 month old newfie he is only 113lbs but he is 28inches tall at shoulder is there anything to worry about does it mean he is a runt or he can still grow vet scored him a 5 but not to familiar with breed

Your newfie is still a puppy! They are a giant breed and take years to fully develop and grow. Your typical newfs head won't come in until about 2 1/2 or 3 years of age and he won't start really bulking up until about 3 yrs. Full grown, the AKC standard only calls for the male to be between 130-150 lbs and the female between 100-120 lbs. Give your puppy time to develop and grow.
