I own a 1-1/2 year old Shih Tzu that I got when he was 1 year old.  He has been showing very aggressive behavior.  Recently he has bite my friend and has bite me.  I am not sure how to handle this situation or what I should do with him.  Is there any way I can correct this situation or does he need to be put under??  I am worried that he might bite a small child and really do some damage.  This situation is totally tearing me up, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I own a Shih tzu who has just turned 3 I got him when he was 2. When i first got him he was so lovable and any little kid could come right up to him and he didn't even mind but after about 3 months of having him he got aggresive and has biten my sister along with two little kids. The damage wasn't terrible and no scare was left but still it has been tearing me apart and I feel so bad, I am also worried that he may some day cause alot more damage then what he has already has, I hope that their is something I can do as well to try to prevent this from happeneing again.
