if i am selling my car and i have parking tickets who is responsable for paying the parking ticket? Me or who is buying my car

you are the one that is responsible for the tickets because anyone that is smart would know not to buy a car from a person with unpaid tickets. that can cause a lot of drama and you can go to court getting sued because you are trying to sell a car with tickets and it would just be extra time that would be wasted and money.
