I just became a US citizen, and I just married with an immigrant from Vietnam. I would like to know if unfortunately after I take her here to USA under my petition, and I found out she was not the right one which I can spend my whole life with. Can I go back to Vietnam and get marry again with the other that I know I can spend my whole life with, Can I do another petition to get her to USA?
