My son is repairing a 1989 lebaron.  He ran the codes on a "Mindreader" and the code 23 came up.  It states the the throttle body overheats.  He is not sure how to correct this problem. Are there any suggestions?

Thanks a million

try checking your cooling system or thermostat this will cause low flow of coolant so unless yor running at high fuel to air mix will do this also.
