My 10 month old female Chihuahua has suffered twice a very strong hemorragic gastritis. My vet found strange so much bleeding. Does this kind of dogs have any problem with coagulation or their digestive system?

This isn't one of the usually acknowledged problem with chihuahuas.  Is it possible she's getting something to eat that she shouldn't?  Chi's are so close to the ground and curious, I've taken away foil from taffy wrappers, hair, darn near anything.

It's good that you are taking proper care of her, see if you can find anything she might be eating.  Does she go outside, could she be getting something out there?  Rat poison?  Fertilizer?  It doesn't take much with such a amall dog.  Good Luck.
