Hi!I came in jan 2004 on student visa from india to U.K.My visa is valid till jan 2005.
i want my boyfriend to come here on dependent visa after marriage.when we should apply for his visa, this year or after extension of my student visa? will he be permited to work or study in U.K?

You're best bet is to contact the Home Office and ask directly as this can often vary a little from one case to the next.

hi! u r on student visa so getting a dependent visa is not easy,ofcourse they may not give u also,ask him to try for student visa only

hi,
i get refusal for W>H>O because i was not having documents with me and now i am applied again my date is on11th august and the college where i used study in england they send me the invitation for to see college fashion show which is on 9th of june i don;t what i do can u plz suggest me

I HAVE GOT STUDENT VISA I AM GEETING MARRIED NEXT WEAK CAN I BRING MY WIFE HERE IN U.K ON DEPENDENT VISA

Hi, I came from India to Uk in Oct 2006 on student visa. My visa is valid till Sept 2008 I want my husband to come here to meet me for just 1 month. Can he get a dependent visa for 2 months. If yes than what documents do I need to show.
