I have a $1.00 bill from The Bank of North America dated 1862 from Philadelfia signed by Thomas Smith. The back is blank. Is this a copy or real money and what could it be worth?

I was just researching this because I think I have one of what Betty has.  Mine is in pristine condition and the serial number is No. 28.  This is real and it was signed by Thomas Smith.  I think it's great that Philadelphia was the 1st U.S. Commercial Bank (Bank of North America).  I am trying to obtain value whether it be actual or to a collector.  (annie_rosenblatt@hotmail.com)
