94 LHS heater fan stuck on high

This is likely caused by the Blower Control Module if you have ATC (Automatic Temperature Control). Located in HVAC box. Lower right side of dash.
1. Remove Vent/Panel Under Right side dash.
2. Look for two 12 gauge wires twisted together GREEN/WHITE. They will lead you to Blower Module.
3. Remove/Replace.

Note: Water is usualy the cause of failure.
There is a small hose under the right side of your car that drains the evap. box unplug it.
