I have a dachshund that gave birth to two puppies, one has died the other is doing very good. My son went to the grocery store three days after the puppies were born and a lady gave him a pit-bull puppy, she said the mother had gotten hit by a car and she wasn't sure how old the puppy was, he took the puppy and went to the pet store and bought a bottle and the puppy formula, the puppy would not take to it. I came home from work and put the pit-bull puppy in the pen with both the mother and baby dachshund, the mother is letting the pit-bull nurse. She is taking care of both puppies the same. My question is how many days old are the puppies before they open their eyes, and how old are they before they begin to try standing. I would like to find out about how old is this red-nose pit-bull. I look forward to hearing from you.
