Yes there is and my experience has not been good.  We had an account turned over to them.  It was something that we had already taken care of with verbal agreement but could not prove on paper so we had to pay.  The lawyer gave us a discount and said we could pay the amounts in 3 postdated checks which I sent and they all cleared and I thought I was done. I just got a call saying I still owed almost $400 more.  Different lawyer and I cannot find a letter with the original agreement. (MY FAULT)  That is my experience with W C French law offices.

I received a letter requesting payment from them for an online yellow pages scam that presented itself as though it was a complimentary service.  The initial letter I received simply asked confirmation of my business name and address for future inclusion.  It did not make it clear that it was online OR that there was a payment required (unless you chose to place an advertisement.)  I have reported them to the attorney general's office.  I spoke to a representative at the law office and she proceeded to yell at me.  Just a warning to all the small business owners out there.
