How warm does it need to be for newborn siberian husky puppies?

When my Husky had pups I was surprised at how tough they were. They were born in a snowstorm and kept each other warm. Since these dogs were bred for the cold I wouldn't worry about it too much. Make sure they are out of the wind and have thick bedding to lie in and they should be fine. By the way, congratulations!

Thanks for responding. I'll have them in the garage which I'll keep warm w/ a heater. Everywhere I read they say newborn pups need 85-90 degree temp.I'm such a worry wart! lol
We should have puppies in a week here. :o)

when my newborn pups were born i put them in fluffy fabric and they kept very warm!!! have fun with these little cuties!!!x

I love Huskies. I have 7 of them, 2 that are a beautiful red colour, 1 that is white with blue eyes, and 3 that are black, each with one blue eye, and 1 brown eye. I love them. Most are pups. New borns!!!!! :)
