In reference to chihuahuas what is a lemon-head?

I have no idea, unless it's a general description of a chihuahua, since they are such sweet little dogs but still have that slight sourness when it comes to them doing what we want them to without telling us them first what's in it for them if they do :-)

I've heard of an apple-dome shaped head.Maybe, just maybe a lemon head chihuahua has a more pointy shaped head.

There is no such thing as a "lemon head". I can only assume that it is a term made up by an unscrupulous breeder in order to make their dog sound better. A Lemon head most likely is refering to a long nosed, narrow skulled (similar to the thin, oblong lemon) chihuahua, which is the total opposite of a proper chihuahua head which should be round (like an Apple, hence the term Apple Dome) with a short nose. To give a short answer, its a fancy word for a pet quality dog from a breeder who is hiding something.
