hi friends
  i have recieved No obligation from indian embassy. my visa expires on may 8th.
dept of state takes 4weeks to give waiver.
even if i apply today i cannot get it..
what should i do.
can i stay here till i recieve it or should i have to leave.

what is the use of Form I-159
