If your husky does not have papers how can you get some or is there no way?

You should be able to register your dog if s/he meets the requirements of a registration. If you want to register with AKC go to http://www.akc.org/registration/index.cfm to figure out what to do. However, I would highly recommend APR over AKC! AKC was so bad to work with that we switched. It took them over two weeks just to send an email and about two months to send a letter! APR sends us mail in about a week or less. If you want to register with APR (Americas Pet Registry) go to www.aprpets.org or email at apr@aprpets.org  or phone at 479 299 4418. I have two dogs that have akc registration, but I dont have their papers and dont know how to get them. I registered my male lhasa Apso five years ago with ckc and would like to do the same with a female lhasa apso and a male dachshund. How do I get an application from CKC?  Thank you , clarene
