How can I find qualified commercial real estate brokers in various cities?

We've gotten excellent results from US Commercial Brokers at http://www.uscommercialbrokers.com . They connect buyers and sellers to qualified business property agents in the city/state of interest. We've purchased two properties and last month sold one of them at a profit (which is how this message got posted, through a Google search looking for post-sale info). Amazingly, it costs us nothing to use USCB since they draw their commission from the commercial property broker. A good outfit with good credentials, nice folks, very professional, no complaints here -- in my opinion I'd rate their performance to date as outstanding.
