How can i detect the tcp/ip address of a particular computer from which i receive a mail

to know the ip address from a received e mail...if it is in yahoo.
1.open that mail
2.from that one option is there called "headers" clicj that
3. you will get the complete header of that packet..so that you can see the ip addresses.
