My dog, a large male Rottwieler, age 10, started showing signs of blood at the tip of his penis.  He urinates regularly and has no problem there, but light colored blood drips at times.  What do you think this might be.  He has not been fixed.
Thanks, Billy

well i have some good news for you. the signs that are shown by your dog are normal in older males so dont worry i have 4 male rots all over 10 and 3 of them have the same simptoms so dont worry. hope he looks after you for many more years and good luck to you and your dog.

i have an 9 year old rottwieler but he has been turning sort of agresive, people have told me that these dogs turn agresive as they grow old, he has never harmed anyone but he has started to growl at everyone, is there anything we can do about that?

I have just received a new rottie, the vet said he is about 1 1/2 years old. His name is Samson.  I have bought him several toys, a ball, pull rope, and a couple of chew toys.

Samson acts like he doesn't know what they are for.  I throw the ball and he just watches. If I just drop it he jumps on it.

I would like to play with my dog, but he doesn't seem to be interested in any toy.

I don't understand him. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a 15 year old pitbull who is not neutered & also has occasional light colored blood drips from the tip of his penis.  He is super healthy (except arthritis) and it does not seem to bother him.  It is happening about once a day, 1-2 drops.  I feel a bit relieved knowing that this may be common in older males.
