I don't think that u can...u most likely need to be 15 or older with parental consent

I think you should be able to because it is not harming anyone by doing it. It is not offending anyone either. Plus if your parents don't want you to just say its my belly not yours and I'am the one who is going to have to live with it the rest of my life not you but thank you for your concern I very much appreciate it.

You know what, I'm trying to fight to get piercing and tattooing minors more accepted. I just need information on the Minnesota laws. That's the state I'm on right now. yes you can ive got mine done it doesnt hurt but you have to have parents permission and they have to take you there
