If you get your clitoris pierced do you loose feeling in it after a while? As in do you loose the ability to have orgasms?

the only reason Id be careful is that my find had it done and now she's extra sensitive down there. SHe can't cross her legs. or do certain things. It seems to make her have a orgasm from the movement and vibration of the ring
