As from May 1st 2004 can someone from Poland work in the uk.
If yes , is there paperwork that goes along with this

Yes. Very few restrictions on any Polish citizens coming to work in the UK.
My company is currently looking for hard working, skilled, or semi-skilled persons to work as  home maintenance craftsmen in the South of England.
