I have a step-mom who was deported twice to Mexico. She has been married to my dad for over five years. He is a U.S. Citizen. Can she still get her green card and how do we go about bringing her here to the United States?

i want to know if the dad of baby has rights here in the u.s.a. because i was born here and he born in mexico
