I am a responsible Yorkie breeder. I have 3 yorkies and I cant get them to come into heat regularly. One not at all. They are well nourished. Very healthy. Please help.

I have had yorkies for 8 years. Mine come in heat about once a year sometimes it has been a year and half. They are never consistant. My dogs are very healthy also. It is just there breed. My vet says it is normal.

I have a 3lb yorkie, and want to stud him out for the first time. can you tell me what is the best start and how to go about it!  No papers!
