82 Vanagon (air cooled) need California fuel injection...

82 Vanagon (air cooled) need California fuel injection wiring details.  

Symptoms: Just installed rebuilt engine. Injection system apparently not functioning.  Cold start injector not working.  

Problem: Not sure where to hook things up... wires in CA harness not shown in book. Hookups are a mystery.

Further aggrivations:  Not sure which AMP connector to hook where for thermo-time switch, Aux Air regulator and Cold start valve.

I am doing a valve job on my 1980 CA 2.0L Vanagon and happen to have digital photos of those hook-ups. I took them for a reminder when I hook everything up.
