Can anyone tell me the value of a 1928 $2.00 bill? Is there a site that I can go to find the value of old currency? What is the difference between the letters listed under the year?

Hi..value will depend on series year which includes any suffix letter plus grade/condition.The suffix letter indicates that a minor design change took place such as a signature change. You can scan the note and email it to me.I can come up with and estimate.Send it to marlofan@aol.com.

I cannot scan the bill. The serial number is D89228636A. It is a 1928G with red letters and Jefferson is the president. The bill is torn and taped together. Thank you.

I have two 1928 $2 bills and I was hoping you would be able to give me a rough estimate.  One is a D65570018A and 1928 F, and the other is a 1928F and D64364242A.  Both bills are in very good shape.  They are slightly dirty with no tears.
