how can i find out if my jrt has any kind of pedigree or papers, the breeder i got buddy off of says jrt usually don't have any. thanks

If your breeder didn't get you the dogs' papers when you got it then it probably isn't registered. If you want it registered you could try to register it yourself. There are not very many registries that accept JRT. I think there are only 7.

If you are still interested in registering your JRT, I know for a fact that they can be registered at The National Kennel Club, Inc. Do you know if the dogs parents were registered? If so all you need is the names they are registered under. Contact them at www.nationalkennelclub.com, or write to: National Kennel Club
