I lost the soft wear for my CD burner. So I am looking for a way to be able to use my CD burner.

I HAVE DELL PRECISION 330 WITH A SONY CRX160E CD-R THE PROBLEM I'AMHAVING IS  WINDOW CANNOT START THE HARDWARE DEVICE BECAUSE IT'S CONFIGURATION INFORMATION (IN THE REGISTRY) IS INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED (CODE 19) I TRY EVERYTHINK POSSABLE TO RESTART THE SYSTEM BUT TO NO AVAIL.   IT'S SEEM LIKE THE DRIVE WAS DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM, BUT WINDOW XP CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. PLS HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER.
