can you use creature tap abilities on your opponents turn?...

can you use creature tap abilities on your opponents turn? say you have a well wisher out on the field and that person has all kind of other elves on there too and its your turn can they use the life gaining ability it can use

Spells that are instants, and creature abilities that arnt played as sorcerys can be played any time you would have priority. You can NOT use a creature ability that has the tap symbol (like wellwisher) until that creature has been under your control since the BEGINNING of your most recent turn. Assuming the opponent just played the wellwisher, he cant tap it in your turn. Assuming he has had it out for a few turns, yes he can tap it in your turn.

hi. i hate the wellwisher card. whoever invented this card i hope you have a horrible death. you have cost me many loses, and i dont like you. why did you do such a thing to man kind? you know you are a horrible person, and i bet you have some gay ass card that gives you like unlimited gay ass wellwishers in your deck. thank you for all your trouble. i hope you lived a good life. jeff out.
