I keep getting notices from my Norton anti-virus software.  It says that it tried to clean a virus from my temporary internet files, but failed. It then quarantines it, and I end up deleting the file.  My problem is that the same notice keeps popping up. I don't know where it's coming from.  So I'm constantly having to delete the same file! The file is bdl14026.exe ... I have no idea what that means.  Please, if anyone has information or knows where I can get it, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks

BETTERINTERNET, INC.

P.O. Box 50729,

Could be spyware.

I have the same problem although it only happens to me when I connect up to the internet connection - up until that point it doesn't detect the virus so I'm lead to believe that the problem is in the network settings/programs.

How can I get rid of it - I'm running Trend micro officescan and it detects and quarantines the files when detected - however, everytime I restart WindowsXP it comes up with the same virus warning.
I've run AdAware (in-depth search) and a full virus scan.
I've also edited the registry (very carefully!)
... please can anyone help me - has anyone solved this problem??

My problem with this file is a bit different but it might help you.

I run getright and it keeps popping up asking me to save this file (basically trying to download the file maybe 6 or 7 times a day)

I am guessing when you guys go online you automatically download this file with IE without noticing it.
