My male pup is only 11 weeks and already is trying to mate with the female is he able to produce puppies yet? as i am worried about this!

Did you ever find out the answer to this? I am in the same situation and have the same concerns. My male is about 4 mos and my female is in heat right now. Can anyone share their knowledge???
