I tried to go, I'm 16, got turned down. You have to be 18. Some places might do it under 18 (illegally), but trust me when i say don't trust them. My friend went one when she was 17 & now has hep. C. Go to Canada...you can get one there if your parent signs for it & you're under 18.

I'm preety  sure you have to be 21 if you get a good clean professional place.

yeah..in NY you have to be 16 with parent consent,and 18 without parent consent...for sure..my friend joe went to dragonslare tattoo which is a very well known place,they do very good jobs,and their policy ensures that saftey is GARENTEED..

Some places will do it illegally, but most are not good. Some people host Tattoo parties, and you can get them there in NY or go to Pennsylvania, you have to be at least 14 and have your parent sign. Thats where i got mine
