Our 12 week old lab.puppy had a seizure, What does this mean? Does this mean she will have more? Do puppies ever have just one? What may have caused it?

One time seizure can be caused by many different things: toxin, food interaction, temperature and a many other things.

Yes puppies and dogs could have just one if it was caused by an outside stimulus.

There are dogs that have seizures for their entire lives and there are anti-seizing medications that they can be prescribed.

My suggestion is to take her to the vet.  Lab work may help determine the cause and possibility of a re-occurrence.

hey! listen, my cat had seizures after we used flea killer on it. it was the kind you put on the back of its neck, but i cant remember which brand. anyway, one thing may be the flea killer if you have used it. it soaks into their skin and gets into their blood stream. if the seizures continue, see a vet. of course, like vikingfyr said, many things could cause the seizures. you just never know. see a vet if seizures continue!

EXERCISE INDUCED COLLAPSE IN LABRADOR RETRIEVERS
WHO GETS IT?
The syndrome of exercise intolerance and collapse (EIC) is being observed with increasing frequency in young adult Labrador Retrievers. Most, but not all, affected dogs have been from field-trial breedings. Black, yellow and chocolate Labradors of both sexes can be affected. Signs become apparent in young dogs as they encounter heavy training or strenuous activity - usually between 7 months and 2 years of age.(average 14 months). In dogs used for field trials, this usually coincides with the age at which they enter heavy training. Dogs of either sex and any color can be affected. Littermates and other related dogs are commonly affected , but depending on their temperament and lifestyle they may or may not manifest symptoms. Affected dogs are usually described as being extremely fit, muscular, prime athletic specimens of their breed with an excitable temperament and lots of drive.
