go to a skin specialist and ask about the different types of laser removal & find the right method for you because at age 16 you still have a long time in front of you and you may decide to get more  quality work or prefer not to get any at all but at young age there are some doctors who will do this work at little or no cost to you good luck & happy tats 2 u

I would suggest Laser removal. It is costly, but provides the best results. I had one removed on my lower back with about 4 procedures to have it completely removed & there is nothing left anymore of it.

well since i am a a specialist, you can just pee on it and let it froment there for a week or two, the wash it off, and the go to a doctor and believe me they can take it off so easy, because all the acid from you urine will eat it away while the doctors finish it off... it works!
