Bonjour,

Je suis actuellement locataire d'un appartement (via une agence), avec un bail valide jusqu'en 2006. Mon propriétaire a décidé de vendre, des visites ont été organisées et une personne s'est montrée intéressée par l'appartement, mais pour l'habiter et non pour le louer. Etant donné que je ne désire pas quitter mon appartement, elle s'est résignée. Au bout du compte, j'ai appris que cette personne a bien acheté l'appartement, avec moi dedans en tant que locataire. Je voudrais savoir si, maintenant qu'elle est le nouveau propriétaire, elle peut me demander de quitter l'appartement (en respectant un préavis) afin qu'elle puisse l'habiter.

Absolument pas. Je travaille dans une agence moi même, si le nouveau propriétaire veut récupérer l'appartementpour l'habiter il doit attendre la fin de votre bail, et de plus vous prévenir 6 mois avant la fin de celui-ci, sinon le bail se renouvèle automatiquement. Par contre vos loyers doivent être payés au nouveau propriétaire (bien sur)
