Do we Have the right to see the radar gun that the police officer clocked you for speeding? and if he refuses to show you is he in violation of your rights?

Um if the police officer denies your asking to see his radar, then obviously he never clocked you. WHY wouldnt they want to show us that they clocked us at that speed, just to shut us up.
