It doesn't spin.  The earth does.

The reason is that the earth's rotation sets up an apparent force (called
the Coriolis force) that pulls the winds to the right in the Northern
Hemisphere (and to the left in the Southern Hemisphere).  So when a low
pressure starts to form north of the equator, the surface winds will flow
inward trying to fill in the low and will be deflected to the right and
a counter-clockwise rotation will be initiated.  The opposite (a deflection
to the left and a clockwise rotation) will occur south of the equator.

NOTE:  This force is too tiny to effect rotation in, for example, water
that is going down the drains of sinks and toilets.  The rotation in those
will be determined by the geometry of the container and the original
motion of the water.  Thus one can find both clockwise and counter-
clockwise flowing drains no matter what hemisphere you are located.  If
you don't believe this, test it out for yourself.

?Why dose the rotation of a hurrican rotate Clockwise.

answer: Since no one no'much about magnetic static rotating and our modern technology will not use this as a factor in hurricanes and outer space I just have to give the answer to why one kind of a hurricane rotates counterclockwise and one type rotates clockwise .

In the Big Boom and shortley after magnetic static vortex were going in every direction in space and out of all that our solar system was formed now these magnetic rotating vortex in the vacume of space was
was gillions and gillions all traveling after the debree from the big bang over the gillions of years these rotating magnetic vortex disapeard the moon is evedance of the tarnados holes in the surface of it wit h crater impacts of some of the debree.

but getting to the subject " rotation of hurricanes" the earth is traveling 2400 miles a hour in a orbit of the sun now if it comes incontact with one of those magnetic vortex on the front side that can penetrate the magnetic field and ozone its rotation would be clockwise since the Earth is running into its magnetic rotation ,, the opisit will accure if the earth comes in a orbit of a vortex orbit that is traveling faster than 2400 miles a hour that means it takes it in the reare of the earth orbital rotation  of course this is only for a short period of time depending on how long the Earth crosses in the path of a magnetic static rotation that our weather conditions amplifie the power with moisture and it becomes a powerfull rotation for a short period of time...
called a hurricane...
