Does anybody Know where to get a tattoo in Colorado if I'm 13 years old and i have permission from my parents.

no way! your 13? don't Even think about getting a tattoo. Think about it. You think you will still like it by the time your 19? dough it! Getting a tattoo is a big thing and is permanent. I know from experience. who gets a tattoo when they are 13?

wate untill your at leasts 16 and then almost any one will ink you if your mom or dad says its ok

don't you still play with GI Joe at 13, stick to being a kid, kid-you've got lots of time to get a tattoo.
