Oye como va mi ritmo? Bueno pa gozar, mulata.

Don't try to translate it literally - after all it IS a song! I take it this way (you decide what kind of joy or happiness he is talking about):

"How you likin' my beat? It's great for [happiness], you girl!"

Oye como va
Mi ritmo
Bueno pa' gosar, mulata.

Come and hear my rythm, it's easy to like it, 'girl'

Mulata is a dark-skinned Latina, like a Black Soul Sister, so you might also say, 'Sister'. The implication is the mulata is a hot chick.

A lot of Spanish sayings don't literally translate into English.

"Oye Como Va" is a command.

It means "Come listen to my rhythm."

Oye Como Va (Hey, how's it goin'?) Mi ritmo, bueno pa' gozar, mulata. (My rhythm is good for partying, babe.) Note: the literal translation of "mulata" is "dark-skinned girl", however, it's basically a slang for "hot chick".

Listen how my rhythm goes
It's good to enjoy, mulata
Listen how my rhythm goes
It's good to enjoy, mulata

"Oye" is a command to listen.
"Como va" means "how it goes"
"Mi ritmo" is simply "my rhythm"
"Bueno pa gozar" is a shortening of "bueno para gozar" and is common street useage in Mexico (ie. Tijuana). It means "it is good to enjoy" or "it is good for enjoying".

Please note that "Mulata" is probably a nickname for a light skinned black girl (had a white and a black parent).

Oye como va mi ritmo!?
Hey how is my rhythm!?
Bueno pa gosar mulata
It's a good time to rejoice...Black and White

mulata is a reference to a woman of mixed races...such as black and white or black and latino.....
so I translate mulata in this song to "Black and White"
In other words....let's all groove people! no matter what your race is! YEAH!
